Dr Mjoli is a highly trained general surgeon with subspecialist expertise in colorectal surgery. Originally from the Eastern Cape, he qualified as a specialist surgeon at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2010 and completed an advanced laparoscopic fellowship at the Academic Medical Centre, University of Amsterdam — where he was awarded the SASES Laparoscopic Fellowship.
